Prior to real estate, I owned a landscape design company for 15 years. This career privileged me to work with the best of the best trades in home building and landscaping. I developed a high level for observation, and as a realtor I use this skill to find unexpected delights or find issues before they become problems. This background along with my passion for people is a key differentiator that gives me an advantage and sets me apart as a realtor.  I have always had a ‘customer first’ approach to business and I know that each client’s needs are unique. I don’t assume I know what clients want – I learn by listening. I manage the communication process by keeping the needs in the forefront, while working with other realtors and lenders to effectively negotiate the best value for my clients. 

Growing up in Calgary, I believe that living here isn’t just about owning a home its living the lifestyle that this great city has to offer. I enjoy local activities with my family - like bike riding in fish creek, the community lake, and watching my kids play sports.
